The item remains in its original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
The item’s packaging, hang tags, and accessories are intact and complete.

Orders for which the return request deadline has expired.
Returns requested for personal reasons (e.g., simply disliking the item, selecting the wrong size, etc.) in cases where the policy does not support such returns.
Items returned directly without prior authorization.

III. Refund Process
